| In order to develop novel electronic devices, we investigate charged particle systems and electronic materials, including plasmas, semiconductors, ceramics, and dielectrics, by theoretical approaches and numerical simulations. Large-scale numerical simulations are extensively performed and developments and appllications of new algorithms are among the most important ingredients in our research and education. |
